I recently had an enjoyable stay at this hotel in Umbria and I must say, it was truly special. The owners, Antonella and Augusto, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. They even drove us to nearby villages and pointed out interesting places to visit, adding a personal touch to our sightseeing experience. The hotel itself is lovely and bright, with rooms that offer breathtaking views of the green rolling hills of Umbria from a private balcony. Waking up to such a picturesque view was an absolute treat. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes served every morning. This hotel truly knows how to make you feel at home.

All was absolutely fine, nothing that I can think of to improve.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming hotel nestled in the green rolling hills of Umbria. One of the highlights was waking up to a breathtaking view from my room's balcony. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the affordable prices to the friendly and helpful staff. The owners, Antonella and Agostino, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided excellent recommendations for local walks and attractions. The delicious meals served on the lovely terrace were an absolute treat.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional and left no room for improvement.

The hotel offers a tranquil and picturesque environment with stunning views of the city. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions. the owners are welcoming, and guests appreciate their helpful and accommodating nature. the rooms are cozy and clean, featuring comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. the breakfast and dinner are delicious and plentiful, providing an excellent start and end to the day. the hotel has a lovely terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful view.

Although some guests might appreciate the steep hill that leads to the hotel for the picturesque views, it can be a challenge for some travelers with mobility difficulties.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The first thing that caught my attention was the stunning location and surroundings. Waking up to the sight of the beautiful green rolling hills of Umbria from my balcony was simply breathtaking. The views were out of this world. The owners truly made me feel at home with their warm and friendly hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and were incredibly accommodating. The attention to detail, especially in terms of cleanliness, was remarkable. The room I stayed in had a superb view, just as described in one of the reviews. Moreover, the food served at the hotel was excellent and plentiful, exceeding my expectations. I felt guilty paying so little for such a wonderful experience. This hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the heart of nature.

    All was simply perfect.

My Easter break was nothing short of amazing. I stayed at this charming hotel surrounded by lush green hills and breathtaking sceneries. the hosts were incredible, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the entire place was sparkling clean, and the food, oh the food was scrumptious. I can still taste the homemade cake that was served during breakfast. the fact that the hosts offered to prepare meals for me was such a thoughtful gesture. It made my stay even more special. the location was key; I had access to nearby attractions and interesting sites to explore.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative about my experience. the hotel staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

During my Christmas stay, the decorations were nice and the staff was friendly. The location was great because it was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the breakfast that had a good variety of food and drinks.

The room was very small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and the shower wasn't working properly.
